Cancellation Policy

1. General Information Bookings for our presentations are offered free of charge and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. 2. Eligibility Bookings are open to companies, professionals, or organizations in relevant industries. We reserve the right to decline any booking request if it does not meet our criteria. 3. Booking Confirmation Once a booking is requested, you will receive a provisional confirmation via email. A final confirmation will usually follow within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please contact us at francois.vinas@atbbfv.com 4. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations can be made through your user account on our website. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible. 5. Rescheduling If you wish to reschedule your booking, you can do so in your user account on our website at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to availability. 6. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in restrictions on future bookings. We appreciate your understanding as a no-show could prevent other interested businesses from attending. 7. Privacy and Data Protection Any personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your contact details will be used solely for the purpose of confirming your booking and providing updates related to the presentation. 8. Terms of Participation By booking a session, you agree to respect the terms of participation outlined in the invitation or presentation material. Any disruptive behavior during the presentation may result in removal from the session and restriction from future bookings.
